Audit d'entreprise - Due Diligence

We provide company audits (Due Diligence), that covers the complete legal audit of the audited company. Within this framework, by reviewing and analysing all contracts of the audited company, we prepare a report containing the rights and obligations of the audited company based on it's existing contracts. The report also includes any obligations arising from the company under review from it's existing contracts (e.g. obligation to pay a penalty, liability for damages in the event of breach of contract).   

During the company due diligence, we also examine the financial situation of the audited company, and we also record the possible legal risks arising from it.
