We establish companies as needed with using the contract forms given by the Business Companies Act or preparing special articles of associations for the needs of the clients.

By using the contract form it is possible to use the simplified registry court procedure that means that in the practice companies will be registered into the company registry within 2-4 working days.

We proceed towards the registry court every time electronically, which is cheaper and faster than the traditional (non-electronic) way.

By buying shares of business companies we will make our clients the legal screening of the company to buy (due diligence).
